Her appointment marks another milestone for women's representation in construction leadership, as seasoned female executives increasingly move into influential roles across the industry. As executive sponsor, Cathy will work with regional and national leaders to strengthen collaboration, share best practices and drive operational excellence, while applying her expertise in data-center and mission-critical construction to this fast-growing market. She joins the company's executive committee, reporting to Chairman and CEO Ray Sedey, with career experience spanning concrete, civil, electrical and steel work.Storytel Group has named Asa Barsness as its first Chief People and Communications Officer, a newly created role aligning HR and communications under one structure. She will join the Executive Management Team, reporting to CEO Bodil Eriksson Torp, taking up the position on 1 November. Asa brings extensive experience spanning media, marketing, HR and communications, having held senior posts at SVT, TV4 Media, Bonnier Broadcasting, Sweco, JKL, IBM and Motorola. Kamile Lukosiute has joined the OpenAI Foundation as a Program Officer to build its new cyber resilience workstream, bringing expertise in AI security, cyber misuse research and frontier model evaluations. She previously spent a year as a Research Scholar at GovAI studying AI-enabled cyber risks, and earlier worked in AI security at Cisco, Robust Intelligence, and Anthropic. Her research has estimated the global economic cost of cybercrime at roughly $500 billion annually and examined how open-weight AI models could soon support offensive cyber operations. Kamile has stressed strengthening defenses across critical infrastructure over restricting model access, and will work alongside colleagues including Lennart Heim and Yonadav Shavit on the initiative. Anneli Ellsater has been appointed Group CEO of Swedish coffee company Lofbergs, becoming the first woman to lead the organisation. She takes over on 1 October, succeeding Anders Fredriksson, who moves to a new role within Humble Group. Anneli brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in international consumer and brand-focused businesses, most recently as Global Vice President at Flora Food Group, with earlier stints at TOMRA, Telia and Procter & Gamble.
