She has worked at IBM, Kyndryl, and Genpact covering large-scale recruitment, improving hiring process, and designing talent strategies to fuel company growth in technology and business functions.Jen's latest experience was Director of Talent Acquisition at Kyndryl for about four and a half years. As director she managed enterprise recruitment in the U.S. and Canada for over 2,200 employees per year. Her job was to lead workforce planning and transformation of the recruitment function through transformation, hiring analytics, and technology-based recruitment solutions.She helped to shorten hiring timelines by five days and created an in-house leader recruiting capability. She also claimed to have saved the agency utilization rate by direct sourcing and optimizing the recruitment process from 2.0% to 0.19%, increasing the number of Consult Partner hires by 213%. She previously held the role of Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader at Kyndryl Consult where she created hiring strategies for consulting and emerging technology roles.
