When it comes to Switzerland, gender-based development has been steady. In 2025, Switzerland's Gender Gap Index score stood at 0.785 making it one of the top countries globally. Swiss women enjoy strong representation in politics, business, education and more. The country is making strong strides to close the gender-gap by taking a lead in women's representation in all aspects of life and work.
