Numerous studies have proven that having more women in the workforce and leadership roles can have positive impact on business outcome. As a consequence, globally there has been a proactive push to boost diversity and equity in the corporate world.In the current edition of GWL magazine, we take a look at East African nation Tanzania's journey towards empowering women in business.
