The entire market for legal activities in Greece has been estimated to be worth €2.0bn in 2025. The industry has undergone massive changes in the past few years and has achieved a CAGR of 8.4 percent between 2020 and 2025.
There has also been a shift in the country’s legal system which has undergone massive reforms in the recent years. Moving towards efficiency and agility, civil procedure rules have been amended and there has been an introduction of stricter deadlines.

In this edition, meet Jenny Anastasopoulou. She is the Legal Counsel at Delos Navigation Ltd., a fast-growing Greek shipping company. She combines a strong legal foundation with deep business insight. Jenny earned her LLB from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s in Business and Finance from Westminster University, London.
Joining the coveted list is Tzovanna Kompou, the Head of Legal at Environmental Protection Engineering, part of the global ERMA TECH Group. With a strong foundation in corporate law, compliance, and environmental regulation, she brings over 15 years of experience, from both the FMCG sector and international advisory work. She is recognized in the GC Powerlist Greece & Cyprus 2024 and “20 Under 40 Business Law 2024.”
Another noteworthy legal leader featured on the list is Vicky Vlastou. She has spent nearly 25 years working at the intersection of law and business. After starting her career at Ernst & Young Greece and then at Vodafone, and multiple projects in the Energy and IT sectors, she has gained knowledgeable in corporate governance, compliance, and cross-border operations. Currently after leading the legal function as Head of Legal, she has transitioned to the role of External Legal Counsel at Spotawheel.
