Can you share insights into your early years? What key influences played a role in shaping you into the person you are today?
I studied in an all-girls Catholic school, and that experience truly shaped my life. There, I witnessed female leadership, surrounded by so many inspiring girls and women. The school also instilled strong values that I carry with me to this day. Later, I pursued a degree in business administration and marketing, followed by an MBA in Madrid. However, the technology industry captured my attention so much that I never actually worked in marketing. Living in four different countries exposed me to unique cultures and ideas. But my first influence has been my mother, who remains my role model.

Elaborate on your professional journey as a business leader and the key areas of expertise you bring to the table.
My professional journey as a business leader began right after completing my studies in business administration and marketing. Competing against 4,500 candidates for my first role, I was among the ten selected, which was a life-changing experience that not only took me abroad at 22 but also helped me discover more about myself. Ironically, I once vowed never to work in sales or technology, yet life had other plans. Returning from Brazil, I stepped into technology as a sales professional, and two decades later, I’m still here, leading commercial teams. With expertise in digital transformation, innovation, and strategic leadership, I now serve as Managing Director at Experis Peru.
Tell us about Experis Peru and the key roles and responsibilities you handle as the Managing Director.
Experis Peru is a technology division of Manpower Group, a global leader in workforce solutions. We specialize in delivering high-quality, tailored solutions to the tech industry, connecting organizations with top-tier professionals and technology to foster innovation and digital transformation. Our approach combines industry expertise with a human-centered approach to recruitment and workforce management.
As Managing Director, I hold a strategic leadership role, overseeing the company’s operations and growth in the Peruvian market. My responsibilities include defining business strategy, aligning with global and regional goals, and executing key initiatives. I manage client relationships, recruitment processes, and talent management strategies while ensuring financial performance and team development. My focus is on driving results and nurturing a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation.
What have been some of your most significant achievements in your professional journey? What is your guiding principle for success as a leader?
One of my greatest achievements has been breaking barriers as a woman in the traditionally male-dominated technology industry. Reaching leadership positions in this field, despite the challenges women in tech often face, has been both a personal and professional win. What makes my journey unique is that I didn’t come from a traditional tech background. My expertise has been shaped by continuous learning, resilience, and adapting in an ever-evolving tech landscape.
My success is a testament to my commitment, adaptability, and determination. As for my success mantra, I believe in embracing continuous growth, leading by example, and turning every challenge into an opportunity to evolve.
How do you envision the future of women's representation in Peru’s business landscape?
I'm optimistic about the future of women's representation in Peru's business landscape. In recent years, significant progress has been made in gender equality, with more women stepping into leadership roles, leading companies, and occupying board positions. This shift is driven not only by demand but also by a growing recognition of the value women bring through diverse perspectives, innovation, and leadership styles.
