Growing up, which key influences/incidents that shaped your life’s trajectory?

Growing up in Stony Hill, Jamaica, I faced economic hardships first-hand. With my mother migrating abroad to support our future, I assumed a parental role for my younger sisters at a young age. Although, financial support was available but resources were still limited, making us rely on readily accessible options to meet our basic needs.

Though financial barriers withdrew me from primary school, but through my determination, I secured a place at The Queen’s School. The humbling day-to-day experiences became a foundation of my resourcefulness and perseverance. Those lessons remain central to how I operate today. They drive my work ethic, influence my narrative voice, and ground my leadership style.

With a foundation in accounting and finance, I progressively expanded my expertise across multiple business functions.

Throughout my career, I have consistently helped businesses connect the dots, balancing compliances with operation efficiently, growth strategies, and workforce alignment. My primary focus areas include tax, financial consulting, corporate structuring, and regulatory guidance in the Jamaican business environment.

KCLH Full Business Solutions was created to solve a recurring problem in the Jamaican business landscape, where entrepreneurs are equipped with strong ideas but have limited infrastructure to support them. By offering integrated services, ranging from compliance to strategy, we have created a one-stop hub for business growth and sustainability.

As Chief Executive Officer, I manage KCLH Full Business Solutions' growth strategy, compliance framework, and service quality, while also setting the tone for our organizational culture and client engagement practices, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and partnership. One of my most primary responsibilities is to bring a human-centred approach to client engagement. By listening attentively and aligning our services with each client’s stage of growth, we provide actionable, relevant solutions that support their strategic objectives. Key growth initiatives under my leadership focus on enhancing service offerings, building a purpose-driven team, and continuously improving the client experience. Ultimately, our success is defined by the strength of our relationships and the tangible outcomes we help create for those we serve.

Building KCLH Full Business Solutions was a transformational achievement, not just a commercial endeavour, but a purposeful response to the systemic gaps I encountered early in my career.
