With extensive experience of traveling across Europe and worldwide, she has built Bianco as Dubai’s fastest-rising name in beauty and wellness. Her enterprise grows under her aegis dwelling upon her business intelligence and visionary leadership principles.
Take us through your experience in retail and management. How has your experience powered your journey to founding Bianco?
Seven years of experience in retail and management has led me to navigate both breakthroughs and challenges, learning that setbacks and challenges are often milestones in disguise.
Bianco Spa rises out of a story that is closely tied to my own, rooted in my Greek heritage that is enriched by global experiences, harnessed by passion for beauty and culture.
Bianco is a true reflection of my resilience and vision. From our first luxury salon in 2018 in Silicon Oasis, we have steadily led our foot in key destination across Dubai, including Layan, Dubai Hills Mall, and Jumeirah Golf Estate. We also launched the first Gents salon called Bianco Club Uomo at Jumeirah Golf Estate.
We are preparing to welcome our guests to our upcoming branch at Nad Al Sheba Gardens set to open in early 2026. I owe the entire credit of this to the unwavering belief and encouragement to my husband, who has been my partner in every step of this journey.

What inspired you to establish Bianco? Tell us about the underlying idea and vision behind the venture.
Bianco was inspired by my enduring love for beauty, fashion, and the art of well-being. Guided by the principle that luxury is found in simplicity, Bianco focuses on the essentials that define timeless beauty, healthy skin, polished hair, and cared-for nails, and a confident smile.
For me, Bianco is a brand that embodies empowerment, encouraging confidence and radiance that goes deeper than appearance. Selecting Dubai as a base for its incubation was a defining choice. With its progressive leadership, inclusive culture, and reputation as a global hub, the city became the ideal environment to bring Bianco to life. Today, it stands as both, the heart of our growth and the place I proudly call home.
As the founder, which responsibilities do you shoulder at Bianco?
I wear many hats at Bianco as my role is multifaceted and keeps shuffling between a strategist, mentor, motivator, and above all, custodian of the brand’s essence. I take charge in safeguarding Bianco’s spirit and ensure its consistency in representing excellence, elegance, and empowerment.
Leadership at Bianco is anchored around three strategic priorities: customer experience, brand identity, and team empowerment. By staying grounded in these beliefs, I ensure Bianco not only meets expectations but continues to set new benchmarks across the beauty and wellness industry.
Which business challenges do you encounter as an entrepreneur? How do you navigate through these roadblocks?
Rapid expansions are opening gateways of many opportunities, but it also tests one’s consistency and commitment. For me, the prime challenge has been of balancing growth with unwavering standards in an environment defined by fierce competition and ever-changing trends. I am of a firm belief that through one’s vision, every challenge can be shaped into an opportunity.
Building a brand like Bianco requires attention to both detail and vision. I actively stay involved in managing our social media channels with content that mirrors our luxury ethos. This enables us to stay ahead in the competition while allowing us to set new industry standards. Challenges have further pushed me to expand Bianco and take it to its next level of success.
How do you foresee Dubai’s beauty & wellness landscape evolving?
Dubai has been a chosen as a renowned global hub for luxury and lifestyle for years now. With a more personalized, holistic, and sustainable approach, the beauty and wellness sector has actively shifted towards creating transformative experiences for its clients. The upcoming chapter lies in blending beauty, wellness, and technology to create results that go beyond appearance and touch lives at a deeper level. Bianco actively contributes to this sector by offering tailored treatments, thoughtful add-ons, and state-of-the art solutions.
Looking back, which key professional milestones stand out in your journey? What is your ‘success mantra’?
My milestones reflect a story of my growth and success journey. Establishing Bianco Spa’s first branch was a pivotal starting point, where vision turned into reality. Living our vision of expansion into new branches, launch of innovative beauty and wellness services, and gaining prestigious accolades, helps us in building an impactful brand that is rooted in passion and excellence.
In my opinion, each loyal client, every motivated team member, and every award is a testimony of our built trust, transformation, and shared purpose. For me Bianco’s transition from a salon into thriving community that embodies lifestyle, belonging, and energy has been a defining moment.
My guiding mantra remains simple and straight: do not stop at the roadblock, instead build a new road and keep moving ahead.
