2025 WEW Conference Empowers Women Leaders in Chicago

Women Elevating Women (W.E.W.) Conference returns with a bang. October 22–24 at The Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago, the 2025 W.E.W. Experience will bring three powerful days of inspiration, networking, and empowerment to women entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and disruptors.

This year's theme, "Steady. Steadfast. Stealth.," celebrates the humble strength, strategic mind, and steady determination of women who lead with passion and conviction in today's fast-paced world.

"These are actual women doing actual work—coming smart, strong, and ready to prosper," states Betty J. Hines, W.E.W. founder and CEO. "We are building a space where women can build one another up, grow their businesses, and keep on moving forward with strategy and confidence."

The 2025 conference centers on five pillars: Collaborate, Communicate, Connect, Cultivate, and Courage. Attendees will gain actionable advice in scaling businesses, funding, being seen, and establishing good partnerships. The conference is marked by influential keynotes, energetic panels, and workshops delivered by successful industry veterans who have built six- and seven-figure businesses.

Highlights are also the 2025 Pillar Awards, recognizing exemplary women leaders whose values and practices reflect W.E.W.'s pillars of foundations, and recognition of Visionary Men—those who believe in the foundations of gender equality and who empower women proactively and who support equal opportunities.

The awards also feature the Entrepreneurial Women of Impact Awards, in partnership with the Women Presidents Organization, honoring women of color entrepreneurs across North America for their entrepreneurial success.
