The Hellenic Association of Women Entrepreneurs (SEGE) will organise the FCEM World Congress 2025 for the first time in Greece. The congress will be held on 3–5 November 2025 at the Wyndham Grand Athens Hotel.
The 2025 edition is also important because it marks the 80th anniversary of FCEM (Femmes Chefs d'Entreprises Mondiales), a global network established in 1945 in France. FCEM now unites over 5 million women business owners from 120 nations on five continents.
With the title "80 Years of Women Leading Entrepreneurial Legacy for Sustainable Futures", the congress will focus on women's contribution towards turning challenges into opportunities for the creation of an equitable, sustainable, and innovative future.
The event will host more than 70 countries' participants, which include women entrepreneurs and decision-makers. The agenda of the program will encompass new technologies' issues, sustainability, economic empowerment, innovation, and women's leadership.
In addition, the event will involve B2B meetings, networking, and culture events to make partnerships and exchange best practices easier.
As Lina Tsaltabasi, President of SEGE, puts it, having the FCEM World Congress 2025 in Greece is both a challenge and a privilege, highlighting Greek women entrepreneurs' contribution and providing an opportunity to present Greece as an innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability hub.
By this congress, SEGE intends to foster global cooperation, business opportunity, and access to resources and talent for women leaders.
During the congress, there will be diverse interactive activities that will enable real networking and present the function of women as change makers in business, technology, and society.
