BOI Appoints Olayinka Mubarak as Managing Director of BOI-ITC

• Olayinka Mubarak appointed to position of Managing Director of BOI Investment and Trust Company Limited, BOI-ITC
• She brings over a quarter century of experience in banking and financial services

The Bank of Industry (BOI) announced that it has appointed Olayinka Mubarak as Managing Director of BOI Investment & Trust Company Limited. It is a fully owned subsidiary of BOI.

Olayinka comes with more than 25 years of experience gained in the banking and financial services industry in various fields like development finance, treasury management, public sector banking, retail banking, commercial banking, corporate/private banking, as well as investment banking.

Her participation in various local and local-overseas training programs includes an attempt to enhance her worldwide view, along with her financial services, leadership, and governance.

Before Olayinka was appointed to the aforementioned position, she was in various top executive positions in the BOI and also contributed immensely to the growth of certain sectors in the country. She was appointed to the board of the Solid Minerals Development Fund (SMDF) by the Federal Government in the year 2017.

In her position of Managing Director, Olayinka will offer strategic leadership to the BOI-ITC. She will oversee the core business activities of trusteeship services, custodial services, financial planning services, as well as advisory services.
