Bojana Vasiljevic named Senior Executive Director at NCR Voyix

NCR Voyix has promoted Bojana Vasiljevic to Senior Executive Director, EMEA Labour Relations & Global Operations and Finance Business Partner, making a significant advancement in her leadership role within the field of human resources.

Bojana Vasiljevic’s new responsibilities include supporting EMEA labour relations, global operations, and finance business partners; these new responsibilities build on and leverage her extensive experience in employee relations, HR leadership, regional people strategy, labour relations, and multinational business support.

Bojana joined NCR Voyix in 2023 as its Executive Director-Human Resource, having previously served as Executive Director-Human Resources at NCR Corporation for more than five years, where she provided HR leadership priorities from Belgrade, Serbia.

Prior to that, she was Senior HR Manager - West Balkans, Hungary and South East Europe Franchise for PepsiCo supporting HR strategy in numerous regional markets; before that, she was HR Director - South Central Europe for Mondelēz International further enhancing her HR regional leadership and organizational people strategy experience.

Prior to joining NCR Voyix, she had considerable experience in HR leadership, in particular HR Manager positions at Axians (HR Manager - Adriatic Region), Coca-Cola (HR Manager - Adriatic Region), Titan Cement Company SA (Country HR Manager), and British Airways in London (Compensation & Benefits Officer).
