Dubai to Host 2025 Women's Empowerment Convention in November

Dubai will host the highly anticipated Women's Empowerment Convention (WE Convention) on November 1–2, 2025, at Atlantis The Royal. The WE Convention was started by the WE Council, a global network of women leaders focused on personal and professional growth, and this year's convention has the promise of welcoming more than 100 top speakers and bringing more than 2,000 international guests.

Structured around the motto "All In: Career, Money, and Life," WE Convention 2025 will emphasize the significance of financial freedom in women's lives and discuss actionable steps towards the same. The festival over two days will have an exciting blend of keynote addresses, business sessions, thematic workshops, and networking and provide a comprehensive platform for learning and inter-synergies.

WE Council founder and keynote speaker Mila Smart Semeshkina set the tone for this year's theme as "a call for women to seize ambition in every aspect of life." She claimed that women no longer have to settle on career success, financial independence, or fulfillment—instead, they can courageously pursue all three. All participants at the event will be able to leave with bold, take-action steps to lead, earn, and live on their own terms.

The impressive roster of speakers features Dame Anna Wintour, Vogue Global Editorial Director and Condé Nast Chief Content Officer, and Candace Bushnell, celebrated author and Sex and the City creator. Other prominent speakers include Dr. Maky Zanganeh, Summit Therapeutics Co-CEO; Svetlana Kuznetsova, Grand Slam tennis player and designer; HE Hala Badri, Director General of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority; Mary Gukasyan, Managing Director, Kraft Heinz MEA; Mirna Arif, General Manager, Microsoft MEA Growth Markets; Rana Alnasir-Boulos, Chairperson of Global Women Forum; and others.

The convention will also host a special night event, WE Night, on November 1 at estiatorio Milos, Atlantis The Royal. The VIP event will comprise a red carpet reception, live music performances, dinner, networking, and the WE Awards ceremony honoring women making impressive contributions in their respective fields.
