Ellie Brocklehurst steps into the role of Chief Growth & Marketing Officer-Asia at Omnicom Advertising. Omnicom Advertising Asia has recently established a six-member regional future-focused leadership team to drive growth and expansion.

Ellie highlighted that transitioning back from her maternity leave marks a pivotal personal moment, emotionally closing one phase of her life while ushering in a new era of professional growth and ambition.

“Transitioning back from my final maternity leave is a significant personal milestone; it marks the end of a special season for my family. While it’s the end of one era at home, it marks the beginning of an ambitious new one professionally”, the LinkedIn post read.

For her future role, she will be responsible for steering growth and marketing strategies across BBDO, McCann, and TBWA, focusing on capability building and identifying high-impact opportunities for expansion. 

Tracking back on her career, before joining Omnicom Advertising, Ellie has held the role of Chief Marketing Officer, Asia at TBWA\Asia, where she served for nearly two years. She has earlier worked and steered impact with leading organizations such as Wunderman Thompson and BBDO Worldwide.
