FlightStory, an international media and investment firm co-founded by Steven Bartlett, has also entered into a seven-figure strategic investment agreement with Hot Smart Rich Media, launched by entrepreneur, investor, and podcaster Maggie Sellers Reum.
Earlier this year, FlightStory signed an exclusive deal with Nova Entertainment that enables FlightStory to advertise podcasts and talent from their inventory in Australia via Nova.
The funds will be utilized to fuel the growth of "Hot Smart Rich", which is a women’s interest media brand sitting at the intersection of culture, content, capital, and community, as stated by FlightStory. Bartlett co-founded FlightStory, where he podcasts as "The Diary of a CEO" along with CEO Georgie Holt and CRO Christiana Brenton.
FlightStory has announced a partnership with Hot Smart Rich, whose goal will be to help expand the brand throughout the U.S. and other selected global markets and significantly increase the size of the brand and the team.
Hot Smart Rich has quickly become one of the fastest-growing business podcasts on the market, with the recent announcement detailing 1.8 million downloaded episodes and over 500K unique listeners. The investment by FlightStory is in alignment with their overall strategy to scale and build brand recognition for creator-led brands.
