Hard Rock International partnered with Coca-Cola to create the “Women Empower” series in honor of International Women's Month as part of their continuing commitment to champion women in music worldwide.
Based in Davie, Florida, USA, Hard Rock is one of the largest hospitality companies globally and is owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida with restaurants and cafes, hotels, and casinos in more than 70 Countries worldwide.
The goal of the “Women Empower” series is to celebrate all women for the positive impact they are making in music and the Culture around the globe.
During March 2026, the “Women Empower” series will provide micro-documentaries and programming that honor women within the Music Industry while providing opportunities for those travelling within their locations to participate in something unique.
The Women Empower series will feature a set of mini-docs that showcase 6 amazing women in each of their respective fields of the global music industry for Women’s Month, all of which will highlight their personal creative journeys including their influences, obstacles, and success stories.
This year’s focus will be placed on women who are behind the scenes in all facets of the music industry and have been a long and steady force but remain somewhat unacknowledged.
Each of the mini-docs will showcase the different roles that women play in all aspects of creating music, promoting it, and all the other necessary pieces that make up the music industry as we know it.
Along with the mini-docs, Hard Rock will host approximately 1,000 live music performances and special events globally during the month of March. Included in these events are women-led performances, opportunities to network with other women, community brunches, and much more at Hard Rock Cafes, Hotels, and Live venues around the globe.
All activities will provide a unique way for people travelling, music lovers and the local community to experience Women’s Empowerment and connects with the culture of Women’s Empowerment.
Participating cities include several major global cities, including London, New York City, Berlin and Tokyo, all where Hard Rock has venues featuring women performing live across a variety of music genres.
These events will help bring together individuals through the power of music and support and empower women in the music industry by providing a great opportunity to build a sense of community and collaboration among other women in celebration of International Women’s Day.
