Hera Women's Health Appoints Yahaira Gomez as New CFO

Hera Women's Health, a portfolio company of Imperial Capital, today announced that Yahaira Gomez has been named the Company's new Chief Financial Officer.

Yahaira is an accomplished healthcare finance and operations executive with over two decades of work scaling physician and behavioral health organizations throughout the country.

Dr. Andy Wagner, the Chief Executive Officer at Hera Women's Health, said Gomez brings strong financial and operational acumen that will better serve the company's mission to advance women's healthcare nationwide.

Chad Royer, Partner at Imperial Capital, added that her experience in building high-performing finance teams and supporting sustainable growth will support Hera's ongoing expansion.

Most recently, Yahaira served as CFO and Interim COO for a multi-state ABA therapy provider, where she oversaw operational growth into eight states and helped double company revenues.

Prior to that, she was a senior finance leader for Acorn Health, guiding the organization in growth from 8 to 70 centers and facilitating a private equity exit.

She earned an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BBA in Accounting from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and is working toward an Executive Education program in AI Strategies for Business Transformation at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Yahaira added that she was thrilled to be joining Hera Women's Health at such a point of growth and innovation, and that she looked forward to helping reinforce the financial and operational bases within the organization.
