JLL Appoints Torrey Littlejohn to Lead North Texas Brokerage

Torrey Littlejohn has been named to lead the brokerage teams in North Texas for JLL. She has been with the company for more than two decades and is currently the head of the Dallas Office Tenant Representation Group since joining in 2022.

Torrey will be responsible for development in her position to enable the company to remain in the North Texas market.

Currently based in the Dallas Fort Worth region, she has significant experience in the real estate industry, having received several awards for her work.

These awards include D CEO’s Dallas 500 (2022-2026, 2022 award for D CEO Broker of the Year, GlobeSt.'s Women of Influence, 2024, Dallas Business Journal’s Women in Business, 2022, Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, 2017, and Champion of Excellence Award, 2025, for JLL’s Champion of Excellence Award). She also serves as the Vice Chair for the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas Board of Managers.

Torrey is a tenant representation expert in the office market, with a concentration in the financial services industry. She has experience in financial and operational strategies as well as has closed transactions in excess of 20 million square feet in a career at JLL.

She has also worked on several projects such as Toyota North American Headquarters, Pioneer Natural Resources headquarters, Wells Fargo’s regional consolidation project, and Vanguard’s Dallas-Ft. Worth offices.

As the Broker Lead for North Texas, Torrey is responsible for overseeing the Business Operations and providing strategic direction to over 200 employees working within the Dallas-Fort Worth Area.

Her responsibilities include leading the brokerage teams, developing talent and strengthening client relationships.

Torrey received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School and her MBA from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business.
