Kasia Groves Joins Capital Haus Group as Chief People Officer

Kasia Groves has been appointed Chief People Officer at Capital Haus Group, bringing extensive experience in people management, organizational development, workforce planning, leadership development, employee relations and change management. Her background also includes strengthening workplace culture, improving employee engagement and supporting HR governance.

Before joining Capital Haus Group, Kasia established KG2 Consulting, serving as Founder and Principal HR Consultant and Strategic People and Culture Advisor. In this role, she worked with business owners, CEOs and leadership teams on organizational structures, leadership development, performance management, workforce planning and employee experience. Capital Haus Group was also among the clients she supported through her consulting work.

Previously, Kasia served as Senior HR Advisor at HAGA in London, where she contributed to HR systems, workplace policies and employment-related matters. She also undertook interim human resources and recruitment roles at the National Deaf Children’s Society, supporting recruitment processes, employee relations, grievance management, performance reviews, disciplinary procedures and HR administration.

Prior to this, Kasia was the Employment Relations Officer at Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta, where she led and managed employee relations, workplace investigations, industrial relations, child protection, workers' compensation, work health and safety and policy development and stakeholder engagement.

She has several years of experience at Australian College QED, Sydney Developmental Medical Clinic and Gateway Quayside Medical Centre and holds a qualification in Human Resources Management. As Chief People Officer for the Capital Haus Group, Groves has a hands-on and business savvy perspective on the dynamics of people, performance and business growth.
