The news was one of the major highlights of AI Week 2025, September 26 to October 4 as part of the Digital Bridge Forum. The weeklong event puts Astana at the forefront as a hub for artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and entrepreneurship, reports The Tech (Sept. 26).

On September 30, Google Firebase Studio Championship will assemble Central Asia's top developers for ultimate project presentations of 10 innovations developed with Firebase Studio and the Gemini API.

The event features expert lectures, a jury of regional tech leaders and Google experts, and an award ceremony.

The winners will be awarded cash prizes, Google Cloud Platform vouchers, and educational materials, while finalists will receive certificates and Google credits up to $1,000.

On October 1, Astana Hub will launch the third cohort of its AI’preneurs accelerator, a program designed to support the development of AI startups. The event will feature success stories from earlier cohorts and motivational sessions from industry leaders.

On Oct. 2, the spotlight will turn to Web3, with a session to be hosted by Solana Foundation President Lily Liu and ex-footballer Sol Campbell. The session will gather worldwide blockchain professionals, domestic IT entrepreneurs, and businesspeople to discuss collaboration opportunities.

On Oct. 3, the event will focus on regional collaboration and cross-industry innovation, featuring thematic sessions and networking sessions that bridge global tech specialists and Central Asian entrepreneurs.

AI Week 2025 will wrap up on October 4 with a networking session organized by the TON CIS Hub, centred on creating the TON blockchain ecosystem in the CIS region. Attendees will have the chance to meet with ecosystem developers, hear about opportunities within projects, and share views on launching products.
