Mindshift Capital has announced Katherine Kirsch as Venture Partner, drawing on her vast experience in leading startups, product design, operational strategy, and academic research.
Katherine spent time at San Francisco-based design and innovation firm IDEO, contributing to product and growth initiatives; later, she led AI-driven learning product development at Stockholm-based startup Sana Labs.
She is also the founder of twenty, a mentorship platform that supports young adults moving into their careers and personal lives.
Katherine has a BS in Product Design Engineering from Stanford, where she graduated number one in her class and was awarded the Robert McKim Design Award.
She received her MBA at Harvard Business School and taught design research at Stanford’s d. school within the Mechanical Engineering department.
At Mindshift Capital, Katherine will be engaged in sourcing, due diligence, and investing in women-led ventures across technology, healthtech, and education.
She will closely work with the founders on product development, team building, and refining growth strategies.
Her appointment further strengthens the global network at Mindshift Capital and supports the company's mission to invest in and empower visionary women founders with both capital and strategic guidance.
