A new leadership experience is coming to Philadelphia as Monitor launches its inaugural LeadHer Women’s Leadership Summit from June 2-4, 2026. The event focuses on hands-on, business-first experience designed to connect established executives with emerging leaders shaping the future of the industry.

Guided by the theme “Redefine the Possible — Unlearning Limits. Unlocking Leadership,” the summit will be hosted by Monitor publisher Lisa Rafter and co-led by industry veteran Lori Frasier.
