A new leadership experience is coming to Philadelphia as Monitor launches its inaugural LeadHer Women’s Leadership Summit from June 2-4, 2026. The event focuses on hands-on, business-first experience designed to connect established executives with emerging leaders shaping the future of the industry.

Guided by the theme “Redefine the Possible — Unlearning Limits. Unlocking Leadership,” the summit will be hosted by Monitor publisher Lisa Rafter and co-led by industry veteran Lori Frasier. The event will foster candid conversations, practical leadership development, and meaningful peer connections. Participants will be equipped with skills to meet the changing realities and expectations of women across the equipment finance landscape.

“LeadHer was created in direct response to what women in this industry told us they need,” Rafter said. “This isn’t just another networking event; it’s a catalyst for business impact. We are building a space where honest conversations lead to practical tools and connections that extend far beyond the final session.

The three-day schedule is designed to provide practical insight, meaningful connection, and real-world application. The participants can look forward to mentor circles, strategic breakouts, transformational workshops, and industry spotlights in line with the deliverance of practical insight. Now accepting registrations LeadHer will maintain a capped audience to ensure a highly interactive and engaging summit experience.
