Megan Toni has been appointed to become Head of Sales (HOS) for Australia and New Zealand for MSC Cruises, boosting the company's commercial leadership in the South Pacific region. With more than 20 years of service in the cruise industry, Megan Toni brings a wealth of knowledge to this role, having worked her way up the corporate and analytical ladder. Much of her career involved working for P&O Cruises Australia as Senior Yield Analyst, for 16 years.

In this period she gained highly valuable experience in revenue optimization, pricing structure and inventory control in a very competitive cruise market. This experience is seen as a key component in developing her commercial decision making skills and knowledge of the regional market.
