Natura Completes Sale of Avon International to Regent LP

• Natura Cosméticos finished the sale of Avon International as at December 31, 2025
• The buyer’s name is Regent LP, an investment fund that gained total ownership in the company from Natura
• The deal also involves the Avon business in Europe, Africa, and Asia

Natura Cosméticos, a Brazilian company that produces cosmetic products, announced on Friday, January 2, 2026, that it finalized the sales process for Avon International on December 31, 2025.

This involved selling the entire shareholding in the holding company that oversees the business to investment fund Regent LP.

The deal involves the operations of Avon in Europe, Africa, and the Asian regions, excluding the Russia operations, which are up for sale. The deal was concluded by the signing of an agreement in September, and all the required approvals have also been obtained.

Brands and business activities in Latin America, as well as the Avon trademarks and intellectual property rights, will be owned by the Natura group.

A statement from Natura said that "the conclusion of this transaction is another step in the company’s restructuring process," which started in 2022. Today, the company is looking to concentrate on its main operations with a focus on the Latin American market as part of its medium- to long-term strategy.
