Nazli Abid Nisar Named KWCCI-Malir President for 2026-28

Karachi Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KWCCI) – Malir District has appointed women entrepreneur and business leader Nazli Abid Nisar as its President for the term of 2026-2028 and a new leadership to ensure greater opportunities, business networking and advocacy for women entrepreneurs in Pakistan.

The new leadership was officially declared in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Chamber at Ramada Plaza, Airport Karachi on September 5, 2026, after the district elections were conducted. During the AGM, members and business representatives were united to establish the new Executive Committee and start the new two-year term.

During this AGM, Member of the National Assembly Shahida Rehmani was present as Chief Guest and Saquib Fayyaz, Senior Vice President at Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) and Sohaib Ahmed, Deputy Manager at Directorate General of Trade Organizations (DGTO) were present as Guests of Honour. Sohaib Ahmed was also the official Election Observer.

The newly elected office bearers took their oaths of office and outlined a leadership agenda centred on women’s entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, professional opportunities, business networking, and stronger advocacy. The incoming team aims to support greater participation of women-led businesses in Pakistan’s commercial and economic landscape.

At the centre of the new leadership is Nazli Abid Nisar, a businesswoman with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and industry representation. She is the Founder President of KWCCI-Malir and has previously served as Vice President of FPCCI and Vice President of Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry (WCCI) South. She has also served as Convener of the FPCCI Women Entrepreneur Committee.

Beyond her chamber leadership, Nazli is the CEO and Founder of Bells n Bells and a Director at ATC Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. Her entrepreneurial portfolio has included Bells Fashion Gallery and Cuisinery by Bells n Bells. She is also associated with Support A Mom Women Entrepreneur Council (SAMWEC), reflecting her wider engagement with women’s entrepreneurship and community initiatives.

Nazli has addressed the significance of providing opportunities to women entrepreneurs before. She said in a previous statement that with the sustained efforts and teamwork the chamber has emerged as a powerful voice for the women entrepreneurs and emphasized on promoting and providing opportunities for women entrepreneurs.

Joining her in the new leadership is Rafia Maniar, who has been appointed Senior Vice President for 2026-2028. Maniar holds a BA and an LLB and is associated with Spice Land. She has also served as Deputy Convener of the FPCCI Central Standing Committee of Women Entrepreneurs, adding experience in women-focused business representation to the new executive team.

Afshan Aman has assumed the position of Vice President. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and an MBA in Human Resource Management and is associated with Tulips & Daffodils. Her previous involvement as an executive member of the Malir Chamber adds chamber-level experience to her new leadership role.

The new executive committee will focus on expanding professional pathways for women entrepreneurs, enhancing women's access to business networks and bolstering advocacy campaigns for women-led businesses. At the end of the AGM, there was a networking session, where the members welcomed the new office bearers and expressed their support for their 2026-2028 term.
