Before joining PepsiCo, she has been in various leadership roles in HR at Diageo and Kraft Foods, with a major focus on talent management, compensation, and HR business partnership.

She has more than two decades of experience in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development in a multinational environment.

She has also focused on the need for organizations to make closer connections in business, data, insights, and talent for organizational flexibility.
