Within it’s GROW with RupiahCepat program, PT Kredit Utama Fintech Indonesia (RupiahCepat) strengthens women entrepreneurs’ capacity with its Womenpreneurship Business Bootcamp.
This free capacity building program is aimed at selected women entrepreneurs who wish to establish and grow their respective businesses. Through this program, women entrepreneurs will be able to enhance their skills in business management, digital marketing, financial planning, product development, business strategy, and funding. They will also increase their efficiency and competitiveness in the business landscape.
Key Highlights:
The total number of female MSMEs who registered for the program from August 10 to August 22, 2026, exceeds 270. The participants are from Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, and Maluku, operating in different sectors such as culinary, fashion, crafting using the conversion of plastic waste to create value-added products, and many others.
Anna Maria Chosani, CEO of PT Kredit Utama Fintech Indonesia (RupiahCepat), says that such a high turnout clearly shows that there is an important requirement for women-owned MSMEs to build up their skills in doing business.
Through this program, RupiahCepat aims to empower women-owned MSMEs with budding business prospects. Anna emphasized that enabling women-owned MSMEs to achieve sustainable growth requires a balanced approach that combines access to financing with stronger business capabilities.
She added, “We are very pleased with the enthusiasm of female MSMEs and hope this program will provide benefits and be a solution to developing the capacity and existence of our MSMEs,”
After the registration closure on August 22, 2026, an evaluation process will be conducted to identify 15–20 women-led MSMEs with strong potential to participate in the Bootcamp.
The bootcamp will operate between September 5 and October 3, 2026, providing participants with training, mentoring, and consultation sessions. Participants will have access to a practitioner with experience in mentoring more than 2,000 MSMEs since 2010, specializing in business development, strategy and digital marketing.
“Through the GROW with RupiahCepat initiative, we want to encourage women MSMEs to strengthen their business management and development skills through learning and mentoring relevant to their business needs. This way, they can be better prepared to increase competitiveness and drive business growth,” Anna added.
With the help of mentoring sessions, participants will be able to gain knowledge that will allow them to improve business strategy, create strong brand identities, capitalize on digital marketing, and implement sustainable business growth strategies.
As a part of the final stage of this initiative, a total of 7–10 participants having the best business models will be provided venture capital funds worth IDR 30 million. In addition, two top-performing participants will be provided an opportunity to showcase their products through which they can increase market reach and identify other business opportunities.
Based on statistics by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, females are predicted to operate 64.5 percent of the 65.5 million MSMEs in Indonesia in 2025, which will amount to about 37 million female entrepreneurs.
“We want the Womenpreneurship Business Bootcamp to be part of our ongoing efforts to encourage more women-owned MSMEs to thrive and positively impact society. Moving forward, we will continue to develop GROW with RupiahCepat by presenting relevant initiatives and supporting inclusive and impactful growth,” Anna concluded.
