Sarah Janzen, with her program, the Executive to Entrepreneur framework founder of Her Big Leap, is helping professional women who have been burnt out and/or misaligned in their corporate careers transition into entrepreneurship. The program helps women to gain a renewed sense of purpose, clarity, and balance.

Sarah's work dovetails with the growing trend of senior women leaving their corporate positions to pursue careers that are more aligned with their values - not out of frustration, but potentially out of a desire to create a livelihood based on work they find fulfilling.

Her Big Leap provides the structure to support women wanting to pivot into consulting, coaching or advisory businesses that provides both income and fulfillment.

After more than a decade of excelling in corporate leadership, Sarah has experienced first-hand what it feels like to thrive while keeping in alignment while following traditional definitions of 'success'.

During her 12-week program, participants create the business they want in their ideal life style, relying on the clarity, strategy, and mindset they develop during the program.

Sarah instructs women to use their existing corporate experience to create and develop viable and sustainable entrepreneurial ventures, maintaining their ongoing income stability.

Testimonials on Her Big Leap's website indicate that many participants have matched or exceeded their corporate income within a year while working fewer hours and with much more purpose.

To further support women exploring this transition, Sarah has launched a free on-demand masterclass entitled "From Executive to Entrepreneur: How Successful Women Create the Clarity and Confidence to Leave Corporate and Start Their Own Business."

The training outlines five key steps to transform professional burnout into business direction and confidence.

"Entrepreneurship isn't about leaving success behind; it's about redefining it," Sarah said. "The women I work with are no longer chasing titles-they're creating businesses that provide freedom, fulfillment, and flexibility while maintaining the quality of life they've earned."
