At City College of New York, Standard Chartered Americas alongside the Zahn Innovation Center made the announcement of 2025 Women in Tech (WiT) Incubator Competition’s winner. It is an initiative that has been designed with an intent towards supporting as well as assisting women entrepreneurs serving in tech sectors.
In 2025, the top honour for the competition goes to CareerDay for their innovative platform which focuses on empowering college students for discovering and pursuing pleasing career paths via AI-driven roadmaps which comes with personalized and interactive tools designed to make the most of their undergraduate experience.
The WiT Incubator, in its 11th year, sustains to be a vital platform, specifically for female tech entrepreneurs, offering mentorship and resources access, providing network to bring transformative ideas to fruition.
