At the New York State Restaurant Association (NYSRA) Women in Hospitality event, Baked by Melissa Co-founder Melissa Ben-Ishay will serve as the keynote speaker. The event will take place on June 4, 2025, at Google’s New York City office.

Melissa is a tiktok fame and a baker too who will lead an impactful conversation regarding her success in realm of restaurants as well as the world of social media.
