Women in Nautica Set Sail for Amsterdam: Next Edition to Make Waves at Metstrade 2025

• The first Women in Nautica event took place in Zagreb, Croatia, in October 2024, and was a huge success
• The next event will be held at Amsterdam's Metstrade on November 19, 2025
• The initiative's primary objective is to increase women's voices and leadership in the boating industry

Women in Nautica has announced that its next edition will be held at Metstrade in Amsterdam on November 19, following the event's successful October 2024 launch in Zagreb, Croatia. This marks a significant turning point in the initiative's continuous goal to elevate women's leadership and voices in the international boating sector.

Last year’s inaugural event attracted over 150 attendees from across the marine sector, including executives, entrepreneurs, engineers, and innovators. Leading industry players such as Groupe Beneteau and ZF Group participated in engaging panels and networking sessions centered on inclusion, innovation, and growth.

Since then, the project has broadened its audience with the Women in Nautica Podcast, which is accessible on YouTube and Spotify and features notable industry professionals sharing their experiences and perspectives in an approachable and motivational manner.

Women in Nautica is at the forefront of the global maritime industry conversation by hosting this year's conference at Metstrade, the largest trade show for marine equipment worldwide.
