Women's Foundation of Minnesota Welcomes Roxane to Leadership Team

Roxane Battle has been appointed vice president of communications and strategic initiatives at the Women's Foundation of Minnesota, a Minneapolis organization focused on grantmaking, research, public policy, and narrative change. Battle is a former Twin Cities television personality with NBC-Minneapolis, KARE-11, WCCO-TV, and FOX9.

The Minneapolis Renaissance Coalition, a public-private partnership committed to revitalizing the urban core of Minneapolis, has appointed Dario Anselmo as its president. Dario is a former state legislator and former owner of the Fine Line music venue in downtown Minneapolis.

Minneapolis-based Nordeast Marketing Group announced that Scott Dahl is its new chief creative officer, returning from retirement from his previous position as vice president and group creative director at Betty (formerly Periscope) to take the lead of the creative department at Nordeast.

The Lacek Group has been engaged as the agency of record for credit card marketing for FNBO (First National Bank of Omaha). The Lacek Group is Ogilvy One's agency in Minneapolis that specializes in brand-loyalty marketing.

Mairs & Power, an employee-owned investment advisory firm in St. Paul, has named Pete Slattery as head of distribution. Pete previously served as senior vice president of institutional services at Aristotle Capital Management.

Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers, a national physical therapy and rehabilitation franchise, will be opening a clinic this fall in White Bear Lake, near Century College.

The franchisee is Kyle Smaagard, a White Bear Lake High School and U.S. Air Force Academy graduate who previously worked in artificial intelligence research and development.

Eagan-based sustainable apparel company Storm Creek announced that its CEO and majority owner, Teresa Fudenberg, made the 2025 ASI Counselor Power 50 list.

The list recognizes influential leaders in the promotional products industry. Fudenberg joined the company in 2014 with her husband, founder and president Doug Jackson. Storm Creek has pledged to donate $5 million to charity by 2030.
