However, AI driven solutions power traceability & automation, and allow minimizing errors, reduce resource waste, and enhance decision-making. This not only mitigates and reduces the risk factor, but also strengthens trust with customers, partners, and regulatory authorities.

Take us through your extensive professional journey and the key roles that you have you played over the last 15 years.
With roots grounded in construction and equipment manufacturing, I have spent many years driving marketing strategies and developing emerging technologies. It has allowed me to identify gaps and connect dots between operational realities and strategic growth.
From the very beginning of my career, business development has been my anchor. It quickly became my way of guiding industries, identifying challenges, finding opportunities, and shaping solutions practically. My exposure to ground realities gave me a vision that drew balance between operations and strategies, enabling me to drive business growth for the industry itself, and create long-term value.
Having worked on several projects across 10 global markets, what key business learnings have you gathered over the years?
Of all the factors that have an influence on global markets, I believe cultural adaptability is the most critical. Cultural agility is the real differentiator. Each market has a unique way of operating, whether through its style of negotiation, approach to leadership, or daily workplace interactions. Understanding and respecting these differences makes all the difference in building lasting success.
Over the years, I realized that true branding success comes from understanding the local culture and even the native language. Expertise from the best local consultants has been crucial and essential to my work. With this approach, finding the right niche becomes easier, relationships are built faster, and businesses move forward more efficiently.
Introduce us to Altinteg. What’s the underlying idea and vision behind the venture?
Altinteg specializes in AI-driven automation and traceability across industries, with a focus on retailers and producers. A personal experience of aimlessly standing in a supermarket line for long is what sparked my vision to transform retail experience. The tedious, slow and messy process frustrated me, supporting the pursuit of finding a faster, smoother, and less stressful way.
One of the most eye-opening discoveries I made early on in my career was that inefficiencies and inaccuracies in the supply chain lead to nearly 60 percent of products being wasted globally. This became my purpose, to dedicate my world to reducing waste by building smarter, more accurate, and sustainable systems. I explored RFID and followed the evolution of technology, regulations, and industry needs. Altinteg allows the products to not only be traceable and efficient but also strategically positioned. It simplifies complexity and unlocks value through traceability, keeping people and purpose aligned.
As the CEO, what responsibilities do you shoulder at Altinteg?
As CEO of Altinteg, my leadership style is displayed by two clear approaches. One is by setting a simplified vision and second by creating the right environment to execute it.
With unwavering dedication, I carve long-term strategies, allowing us to stay ahead of technology, regulations and market shifts. I work hand-in-hand with my team to turn that vision into practical, client-focused solutions. I often describe my role as navigating a large and interconnected map, where technology, businesses, innovation, and regulations meet.
How is the global RFID and 2D labeling solutions landscape evolving? Which trends will define the industry’s future?
We are currently in a pivotal point of technological evolution. A shift from linear barcodes to data matrix codes requires rethinking data collection on a whole new level. RFID takes this step further: instead of scanning each item individually, it allows ‘dark box scanning’ where multiple items can be read at once. Entire bags or boxes can now be scanned in just a few second making operations faster and more efficient.
Impossible fades once it is done, so never stop and keep moving
Working in tandem with industry leaders, we are bringing a new vision to life, a shopping experience where items are scanned instantly as they are bagged, making payment effortless. The same technology accelerates operations in dark stores and logistics hubs, reducing errors, cutting waste, and creating efficiencies that were previously out of reach.
Looking back, which key milestones are you most proud of? What is your ‘success mantra’?
My biggest milestones have always come from tackling difficult challenges head-on. I am proud of our technologies delivered over €6 billion in client value, but for me numbers only tell a part of the story. What matters most is how these solutions simplify processes and uplift people’s daily lives.
My strength lies in anticipating what is next and focusing on the future. This vision-driven approach, supported by strong teams, has shaped my leadership and growth. Nelson Mandela’s words: ‘It always seems impossible until it’s done’, and, ‘Simply don’t stop’, pushes me to stay relentless, every day.
