As global economies strive to navigate the ebbs and flows of unforeseen challenges, it is imperative to build a diverse workforce in order to facilitate sustainable growth in today’s VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) world.

A recent McKinsey report, "Women in the Workplace," highlighted the enormous financial benefits of gender diversity in business. According to the results of the report, companies that had more female participation in senior positions generated up to 50% higher earnings and share performance.

The data is clear; women in leadership are great for business performance.
