Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate initiatives at Shure Incorporated, Althea leverages more than 30years of industry experience. Her leadership is distinguished by a strong focus on sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and global business development, alongside a deep-rooted passion for mentorship and talent cultivation.  The organization welcomes members of all gender identities who share its vision and invites allies and advocates of equity in the AV/IT space to join efforts.
