She took over as CEO in 2020 after serving in many senior executive positions at the corporation and prior firms.

Zoetis makes drugs, vaccines, tests, and other products for livestock and pets. This line of business has been thriving due to the increased investments being made in pets' health care and agricultural animal health products.

What the list of highest-paid women CEOs indicates?
Fifteen women on this list have managed to make it clear through their leadership how much the female leadership has been able to spread itself out in many of the most powerful industries around the globe, whether banking or semiconductors, automobiles, defence, health care, energy or retail.
Jane Fraser's pay package worth $95.8 million has proved to be a record for a woman CEO, according to the latest Equilar Associated Press study, whereas Lisa Su's pay package worth $55.2 million is proof enough of how she belongs to the list of the highest-paid corporate executives in the world.
The numbers are indicative of the continued problem of under-representation, however, given that women lead only 55 Fortune 500 companies in 2025, which is about 11% of the list.
