At Terlyn Consulting, I integrate digital tools, analytics, and platforms such as KoboTool to improve data collection, strengthen decision-making, and increase operational efficiency, particularly in challenging environments. However, technology alone does not create transformation. I invest equally in training and knowledge transfer so clients can confidently use these solutions and sustain improvements independently. My focus is on combining digital capabilities with human expertise to solve strategic business challenges and deliver lasting value for every client.

What is your long-term vision for Terlyn Consulting, and how do you hope to contribute to women's leadership in consulting?

My vision is to establish Terlyn Consulting as one of Africa's most trusted management consulting firms while expanding our presence across Africa, Europe, and Asia. I also want to develop consulting frameworks that address uniquely African business challenges while meeting global standards. Personally, I am passionate about advancing women's leadership in consulting because diverse leadership strengthens organizations and communities alike.
