Designed for women with prior professional experience, the initiative provides structured resources, including career coaching and trainee roles, to support a successful re-entry. Participants benefit from a comprehensive framework offered by ‘SheResumes’, which not only supports women resuming their careers but also reinforces broader efforts toward workplace gender parity and representation.  

Through structured re-skilling, personalized career coaching, and job search assistance, participants are empowered to regain workplace readiness and connect with corporate partners offering mentorship and placement opportunities. Eligible candidates include female professionals with four or more years of academic or work experience, who have been out of employment for over three years and are seeking to resume their careers in near term.
