AccessBank Hosts Access2Success Event in Guba

AccessBank has held the first regional event of its "Access2Success" project in 2026 in the city of Guba. The project is focused on encouraging women to participate more actively in the business environment and supporting their entrepreneurial skills development.

The event was a gathering of women entrepreneurs from different sectors and also acted as a great platform where they could share their knowledge and experiences. The program included discussions of the participants on various issues concerning business management, trends in the market, and potential development.

Since the meeting was held in an interactive way, the entrepreneurs got the chance to make new business contacts, the scope of cooperation was evaluated, network of professionals was also expanded.

As part of the project, AccessBank experts held workshops in which they communicated the major principles of business management. They taught the participants about the use of marketing tools, development of one's own brand, the basics of entrepreneurship from the legal point of view, and financial literacy. At the meeting, business owners shared their ideas on the ways for business expansion, enhancing the sales opportunities, and securing their position in the market that is more sustainable.

Finally, the attendees got the certificates Issued by AccessBank that was a recognition of their completion of the training courses. For instance, AccessBank created the Access2Success project last year.

This initiative has so far assisted a lot of women entrepreneurs, who are mostly located in Baku and regions, to upgrade their business knowledge and leadership skills. Armed with new knowledge, the participants of the program have been able to learn strategic planning, sales and marketing, e-commerce, human resources management, reporting, and many other business-related skills practically.
