ImpactHER has launched their flagship program, ShowcaseHER Export Accelerator Program, powered by the AFREXIMBANK. The focus of the program is to help women entrepreneurs in the Caribbean looking to scale their businesses globally.

ImpactHER is an award-winning non-profit organization dedicated to empower women entrepreneurs. It has extended this very successful initiative to the Caribbean, providing very essential support to women-leading businesses seeking access to international trade.

The ShowcaseHER Program is an intensive six -month online Accelerator designed to create export readiness. It covers critical sectors such as women entrepreneurs with capacity-building training, one by one with guide and trade advisory services, including export documentation, trade credit, regulatory compliance and international market accesses. By focusing on these major areas, the program helps women-led businesses become competitive players in cross-border trade.

One of the most attractive aspects of the program is the opportunity for women entrepreneurs to access direct financial support. Participants have a chance to earn up to $ 1,000 in business subsidies. In addition, the best performing graduates can be fully sponsored to participate in the 2025 Intra African Trade Fair (IATF) which will happen in Algeria this September, where they can connect with global buyers, investors and business partners.

The ShowcaseHER initiative has already transformed many companies led by women throughout Africa. A remarkable example, Kenya’s businesswoman Eva Muthuuri, founder of Eva Coffee, who successfully climbed her business after completing the program and was presented by CNN for his business journey
