Jenni Donato, Altitude-founder and the trailblazing business experience empowering and celebrating women business leaders—has unveiled a new leadership team to propel the organisation's next stage of growth, visibility, and influence.

This is a significant milestone for Altitude as it evolves with a stronger focus on empowering today's generation of women in business and inspiring the next. Jenni will remain at the helm as Founder and Lead for Strategy, Vision & Sales. She will continue to guide Altitude’s overall direction, aligning business growth with its mission and expanding its reach. Jenni’s passion for female entrepreneurship remains at the core of Altitude’s success.

Katie Spreadbury has been appointed Marketing Lead, tasked with increasing Altitude’s visibility and driving leads through a clear, unified marketing strategy.

In order to reinforce internal advocacy for clients, Kayleigh Provins and Emma Jenkings will be Co-Mindset Leads. They will offer compelling mindset solutions like DISC profiling and assertiveness coaching to enable clients to release greater success from within.

Cat Googe is appointed as Implementation Lead, with a responsibility to break down obstacles to progress and offer focused, outcome-oriented support for Altitude clients. Terri Brown has been appointed PR Lead and will ensure Altitude's visibility is increased in the media and industry circles, highlighting the organisation's motivating work.

Last but not least, Rachel Adie becomes Team Operations & People Manager. She will enable team culture, facilitate operational effectiveness, and watch over performance to enable long-term success.
