Cartier Women's Initiative to Celebrate 20th Anniversary in 2026

The Cartier Women’s Initiative was established to assist impact entrepreneurs with being able to be leaders in their industries. Cartier believes that women gain access to resources, networks, and development opportunities by granting them access to leadership every day.

The Cartier Women’s Initiative is now looking forward to its 20th anniversary in 2026 with the theme, "Lighting the Path." The goal of this year’s theme is to continue supporting and recognizing women impact entrepreneurs as they create solutions for social and environmental challenges.

Each year the Cartier Women’s Initiative provides financial support through awards to female, impact entrepreneurs in all industries and all parts of the world. Additional support is provided for entrepreneurs through training, coaching, wellness, and community.

With multiple types of support provided through the Cartier Women’s Initiative, 330 entrepreneurs have benefited from the program across 66 countries and have received more than $14.1 million in funding since the program began.

The hit program currently has 520 members within the community established through Cartier Women’s Initiative as of September 2025.
