Amber Kirby was named Chief People Officer at Drucker + Falk, LLC. Amber has been with the firm for over five years and her last position was Human Resources Director. She was responsible for driving various human resources projects for the company's employees located in its regional offices and different business departments.

Prior to becoming part of the Drucker + Falk team, Kirby was with Homeland Security Solutions, Inc., for which she worked over 12 years. During that time, she was promoted through various human resources management posts.

While working for the company, she was the Director of Human Resources responsible for planning and managing human resources and workforce. She also was Affirmative Action Officer, ensuring compliance and equal employment opportunities, career progression through different HR leadership roles.

She also held the position of Senior HR Generalist and Employee Benefits Specialist, with a premium on experience in benefits administration, employee support services, HR operations, compliance, and workforce programs.

Before becoming a Director of Human Resources, she was a Senior Payroll Technician at Riverside Health System, supporting payroll operation and employee compensation administration.

Reflecting on the things she knows and has experienced, Amber very much feels that the knowledge of human resources leadership, talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, workforce planning, compliance, affirmative action programs, payroll operations, and organizational development are the pillars of her expertise.

Amber possesses an extensive human resources background spanning 20+ years and has a reputation for crafting people-oriented strategies aligning workforce priorities with business goals. At Drucker + Falk, she headed company-wide projects centered on recruiting, comp & benefits, employee relations, HR digitalization, and streamlining to boost employee experience and foster enduring organizational success. As an SPHR-certified practitioner and a SHRM Executive Network member, she constantly participates in deliberations around workforce changes, talent nurturing, and employee loyalty in the multifamily sector.

She earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
