Elim Yeoh Joins Neste Leadership Team as NA President

Neste has appointed Elim Yeoh as President Renewable Products, North America and a member of its Leadership Team, effective September 1, 2026, strengthening its presence in the renewable fuels market in North America. As part of her new portfolio, Elim will be responsible for all of Neste's renewable products activities in North America, such as commercial activities, feedstock sourcing and strategic development initiatives in the region. She will also be Neste's primary interface on the Board of the Martinez joint venture, reporting directly to President & CEO Heikki Malinen.

It coincides with the continuing rise in investments for sustainable fuels, renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) in the global renewable energy industry. Neste is bolstering its leadership team for the region to help drive growth and address the growing demand for low carbon energy solutions in North America, as one of the industry's biggest producers of renewable diesel and SAF.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in the downstream, midstream and renewable fuels sector, Elim has led and championed industry initiatives to advance the science of biofuels. She brings her expertise in bp's Biofuels Growth Americas where she served as Vice President, leading programs to promote biofuels use and strategic commercial partnerships. Prior to joining bp, she served several senior leadership roles at Chevron, having developed a deep understanding of refining, chemicals and renewable fuels businesses.

In the role of Elim, Neste is continuing its efforts to enhance the company's commercial skills in North America, which is an important market for renewable fuels and sustainable energy solutions. She will also be responsible for commercial operations, as well as for sourcing feedstock, which is a critical function for the company moving toward producing renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel and for the company's long-term sustainability goals.

Her biofuels market development and large-scale commercial operations expertise will help Neste to grow customer partnerships and drive faster implementation of renewable fuel solutions for the transportation, aviation and industrial markets. As a member of the Board of the Martinez joint venture, Elim will help drive collaboration and operational excellence in one of the company's key renewable fuels ventures.

Neste remains a global leader in renewable energy, with production of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel in production sites in three continents.
