Elisabeth Carley-Leonard, founder of Vibes & Visibility, has been nominated for the New Business category of the 2026 Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAs). The awards are touted as UK’s biggest awards ceremony for women in business.
In 2024, Elisabeth founded her visibility agency, based in Witney. The business is designed to assist business owners enhance their market presence through personal branding and social media strategy as well as founder marketing.
When talking about her nomination for the Enterprise Vision Awards, Elisabeth emphasized that such an accolade is significant for more than just business success, but for the effort put into creating it as well. She emphasizes her resilience and determination in successful business creation.
"A few years ago, I walked away from a career and identity I'd spent years building.” she said.
"Starting again was one of the hardest things I've ever done, but it gave me the opportunity to create a business that genuinely aligns with who I am and the impact I want to have.” "I hope my story shows other people that it's never too late to back yourself, trust your instincts, and create a life and business that feels right for you." Elisabeth added.

The nomination for Elisabeth among the finalists of Enterprise Vision Awards comes as no surprise in light of a number of other events that occurred both in her private and professional spheres recently. Recently, Elisabeth left London for Witney where she had been organizing a business retreat. According to her, the local business community of Witney has been extremely supportive since she was able to build professional contacts in a very short time frame after moving to the area.
The career path of Elisabeth is well-known throughout the country. Before founding her company Vibes & Visibility, she worked in the field of music for more than ten years during which she successfully built and ran several businesses. These included a recording studio, rehearsals center, touring firm, and a famous venue in the UK.
Her entrepreneurial path was initiated after undergoing an important career change, driven by the pressure felt within the live events sector due to the ongoing pandemic. Now that her enterprise is up and running, Elisabeth wants to establish herself further in the area of Witney by investing further and becoming a part of its growing entrepreneurial scene.
Vibes & Visibility will increase its operational presence through the inauguration of a new office near Church Green on July 1. In order to grow its business, the orginaztaion also intends to open up a studio for the creation of content by the end of this summer, catering to businesses around the country and in the immediate area.
The Enterprise Vision Awards celebrate outstanding achievements in business by women entrepreneurs in different sectors in the UK. The winners who will be selected after an exhaustive assessment process will receive their awards at the awards ceremony on October 2.
