#FHSWomenPower to Promote Gender Diversity & Women Leadership In Hospitality

The Future Hospitality Summit World is making strides in empowering women from the hospitality and tourism sector through a new initiative, #FHSWomenPower. The program aims to boost gender diversity and shed light on the growing importance of the role played by women leaders in the sector’s success.

Launched in 2024 at FHS Saudi Arabia, #FHSWomenPower is now a regular feature at all Future Hospitality Summit events. It is currently providing a 35% discount on passes to FHS World for women hospitality leaders which will be held at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, 27-29 October.

Additionally, Emirati women from the hospitality sector can also receive complimentary access to FHS World if they register their interest on UAE Women’s Day (Thursday, 28 August).

At present women make up just 30% of leaders in hospitality. It is a sizable gap and a crucial area for growth and diversification within the industry.

The event will also see the return of the Impact Leader Award, at FHS World.

Women will also be in the spotlight at FHS World with the return of the Impact Leader Award, which celebrates female leaders driving meaningful change, and toasts the rising talent that is breaking barriers, championing innovation and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
