H.B. Fuller Names Celine Martin to Board to Boost Medical Market

• H.B. Fuller Company has elected Celine Martin to the Board of Directors, effective December 1, 2025 

• Celine has more than 30 years of experience in the international MedTech space 

• She possesses experience in surgical, cardiology, endovascular, and neurovascular segments 

H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL), the global pureplay adhesives manufacturer, announced today the appointment of Celine Martin to its Board of Directors, effective December 1, 2025. With over 30 years of experience in MedTech in the global arena 

Celine has worked across segments such as surgical, cardiology, endovascular, and neurovascular. Her appointment adds strength to H.B. Fuller's growth strategy in high-growth, high-margin segments such as medical is consistent with the goal of the company to achieve a margin of over 20 percent EBITDA. 

Celine was most recently Company Group Chairman, Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS) Group at Johnson & Johnson from 2022-2025. There, she led a global portfolio ranging from Electrophysiology, Neurovascular Intervention, Ear, Nose & Throat, and Breast Aesthetics and served as a member of the Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Group Operating Committee.  

Before that, she served in leadership roles such as Company Group Chairman at Ethicon, overseeing the surgical instrument business from 2018 to 2021. During her career, Celine has helped drive standards of care for atrial fibrillation, stroke, and minimally invasive surgery
