The Hershey Company has appointed Amanda Almond as President, International, effective October 12, 2026. She will succeed Rohit Grover, who has been with Hershey for 27 years and has led the company’s international business for the past eight years.
Amanda brings more than 30 years of experience in the consumer goods and retail sectors. Before joining Hershey, she served as Regional Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Vinarchy, where she oversaw operations across 57 markets.
Earlier, Amanda spent 12 years at Bacardi, holding several senior leadership positions across regional markets. Her extensive experience in international business and consumer brands is expected to support Hershey’s continued growth in global markets.

Grover joined Hershey in 1999. During his time with the company, he has worked across its international markets as well as the US. As part of the transition, Almond will work with Hershey’s International Leadership Team.

Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Edinburgh. She has also completed advanced retail and leadership program studies at the University of Oxford and Harvard School of Business.
With her extensive international leadership experience and academic background, Amanda is expected to play a key role in strengthening Hershey’s global operations and expanding its brands across international markets.
