JilaMD Hosts EmpowHER Women's Health Event at Fairchild Garden in Miami

JilaMD, a concierge women's health and longevity clinic founded by Dr. Jila Senemar, hosted the sold-out “EmpowHER” event on April 5 at the Garden House and Lawn of Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in Miami. Over 200 guests gathered for an inspiring day of aging, wellness, and empowerment of the self. Created to educate, inspire, and relate, the program featured dynamic, expert-discussion sessions on perimenopause, menopause, sexual and mental health, longevity medicine, and other topics.

Attendees were educated by top voices in women's health, such as keynote speaker and fitness legend Tracy Anderson, Dr. Jessica Shepherd (OB-GYN and Chief Medical Officer for HERS), and Dr. Judith Joseph, a well-respected psychiatrist who has been a guest on The Mel Robbins Podcast and Halle Berry's MasterClass on menopause.

Dr. Jilla pointed out the role of the event to empower women in reclaiming their health with an observation that the role of evidence-based counseling and peer encouragement was important. Emmy-winning broadcast journalist and menopause advocate Tamsen Fadal gave an inspiring video contribution highlighting the urgency of prioritizing women's mental health.

The event was supported by such organizations as Let's Talk Menopause, BRCAStrong, and FemCity, which helped engage participants with key advocacy and wellness resources. In addition to expert panels and dynamic breakout sessions, participants enjoyed networking, a masterfully curated marketplace of wellness offerings, and more than $250 gift bags of luxury.

In response to the success of the EmpowHER event, JilaMD is launching a boutique clinic this month in Coral Gables at 2735 Ponce de Leon Blvd. The new clinic will offer customized, science-based treatment focused on hormonal balance, metabolic wellness, longevity, and sexuality—offering the same innovative, empowering experience that characterized the EmpowHER event.
