Aparajita Puri has been named as the new Managing Director for India & South Asia at Microsoft. She has been assigned the role of leading the Strategic Pursuits team.
Aparajita has previously worked for McKinsey & Company for 11 years in various leadership positions. Her last role was that of a Partner. She has worked with clients across markets in the world in strategy and business transformation.
She has previously worked for Bain & Company. She has also worked at Deutsche Bank. The appointment indicates the company's efforts to strengthen enterprise engagement in India and South Asia. The region has seen rapid growth in the adoption of technology.
Aparajita mentioned in her LinkedIn post that, “After an incredibly rewarding journey at McKinsey & Company, I'm excited to begin a new chapter at Microsoft”.
